Today's Quiz: Name the First U.S. President To Call for National Health Insurance.

That's right. In 1912.  And you can bet this conservative, former "rough rider" didn't fret over polls and "town hall bullies." He was too busy using his "bully pulpit" (a phrase he himself coined, referencing the definition of bully as "superb" and not harassing.) 
And does anyone call T.R. a socialist? He's still remembered as one of the greatest U.S. Presidents who ever served.
